Photosensitive sensor

Photosensitive sensor is an ideal electronic sensor that can control the automatic switching of the circuit due to the change of illuminance at dawn and dark (sunrise and sunset). The photosensitive sensor can automatically control the opening and closing of LED lighting lamps according to weather, time period and region. In bright days, the power consumption is reduced by reducing its output power. Compared with the use of fluorescent lamps, the convenience store with an area of 200 square meters can reduce the power consumption by 53% at most, and the service life is about 50000 ~ 100000 hours. Generally, the service life of LED lighting lamps is about 40000 hours; The color of light can also be changed in RGB to make the light more colorful and the atmosphere more active.

Infrared sensor

The infrared sensor works by detecting the infrared emitted by the human body. The main principle is: 10 times of human body emission μ The infrared ray of about M is enhanced by the Fresnel filter lens and gathered on the pyroelectric element PIR detector. When people move, the emission position of infrared radiation will change, the element will lose the charge balance, produce the pyroelectric effect and release the charge outward. The infrared sensor will convert the change of infrared radiation energy through the Fresnel filter lens into an electrical signal, Thermoelectric conversion. When there is no human body moving in the detection area of the passive infrared detector, the infrared sensor senses only the background temperature. When the human body enters the detection area, through the Fresnel lens, the pyroelectric infrared sensor senses the difference between the human body temperature and the background temperature, After the signal is collected, it is compared with the existing detection data in the system to judge whether someone and other infrared sources enter the detection area.

Ultrasonic sensor

Ultrasonic sensors, similar to infrared sensors, have been more and more used in automatic detection of moving objects in recent years. The ultrasonic sensor mainly uses the Doppler principle to emit high-frequency ultrasonic waves that exceed the human body’s perception through the crystal oscillator. Generally, 25 ~ 40KHz wave is selected, and then the control module detects the frequency of the reflected wave. If there is movement of objects in the area, the reflected wave frequency will fluctuate slightly, that is, Doppler effect, so as to judge the movement of objects in the lighting area, So as to control the switch.

Temperature sensor

Temperature sensor NTC is widely used as over temperature protection of LED lamps. If high-power LED light source is adopted for LED lamps, multi wing aluminum radiator must be adopted. Due to the small space of LED lamps for indoor lighting, the heat dissipation problem is still one of the biggest technical bottlenecks at present.

Poor heat dissipation of LED lamps will lead to early light failure of LED light source due to overheating. After the LED lamp is turned on, the heat will be enriched to the lamp cap due to the automatic rise of hot air, which will affect the service life of the power supply. Therefore, when designing LED lamps, an NTC can be close to the aluminum radiator near the LED light source to collect the temperature of the lamps in real time. When the temperature of the aluminum radiator of the lamp cup rises, this circuit can be used to automatically reduce the output current of the constant current source to cool the lamps; When the temperature of the aluminum radiator of the lamp cup rises to the limit setting value, the LED power supply is automatically turned off to realize the over temperature protection of the lamp. When the temperature decreases, the lamp is automatically turned on again.

Voice sensor

The sound control sensor is composed of sound control sensor, audio amplifier, channel selection circuit, delay opening circuit and thyristor control circuit. Judge whether to start the control circuit based on the sound comparison results, and set the original value of the sound control sensor with the regulator. The sound control sensor constantly compares the external sound intensity with the original value, and transmits the “sound” signal to the control center when it exceeds the original value. The sound control sensor is widely used in corridors and public lighting places.

Microwave induction sensor

Microwave induction sensor is a moving object detector designed based on the principle of Doppler effect. It detects whether the position of the object moves in a non-contact way, and then generates the corresponding switch operation. When someone enters the sensing area and reaches the lighting demand, the sensing switch will automatically open, the load appliance will start to work, and the delay system will be started. As long as the human body does not leave the sensing area, the load appliance will continue to work. When the human body leaves the sensing area, the sensor starts to calculate the delay. At the end of the delay, the sensor switch automatically closes and the load appliance stops working. Truly safe, convenient, intelligent and energy-saving.
